Can I see a proof before production?
Yes! For all personalized items, we send a digital proof for your approval before we begin production. This ensures everything is exactly as you envisioned.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we can usually accommodate changes. Once production begins, changes may not be possible for custom items.
